Byte Sculptor Software ("we", "us", "our") provides Android applications available in Google Play Store, and Samsung Galaxy Store. Other sources of these apps are not from us and we cannot guarantee these app packages have not been maliciously manipulated.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users. We use your personal information for providing and improving the apps and add adverts to some of the apps. We adhere strictly to the rules of data protection laws.

We use Google's Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to collect data such as the type of mobile device you use, the Android version, non-personal identification information and other identifiers and diagnostic data. The collected data is anonymously and used to help us understand how users engage with the app. It reports settings and usage without identifying individual users.

We disclose your anonymized information to third parties, currently Google. Google collects information through our use of Google Firebase in our app. Google uses this information for a number of purposes, such as improving its Firebase service. Apart from this, Byte Sculptor Software shares your personal data only when it is legally required or permitted by you.
If you contact us for help or support by email, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("personal data"), such as email address and your name. This information is saved in our email account (Gmail) provided by Google. This information and all saved emails will be deleted as soon as the support case is closed. This information will not be shared with any third-party, except these emails are threatening or in any other way malicious.
If the app crashes, log information will be sent to us. This data will contain some anonymized information about your device (Android version, screen size, etc.) and some log details. This information is saved in the Google Developers Console and on Google Firebase servers for a limited time. This helps us detect software errors and to improve the apps.
Some of our apps contain adverts. This is visible in the app store with the header "Contains ads". When you use such an app, third-party ads are displayed through the services Google AdMob and OpenX. A random string of characters is used for the same purpose as a cookie to identify you anonymously. The optional GPS/location-based ad targeting is currently not used. Google may use the information that it obtains via third-party cookies, web beacons and other technologies used in connection with AdMob and AdSense in accordance with its advertising privacy policies (Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy).

These Third Party Advertising Service Providers collect and use non-personally identifiable information, such as your mobile device ID, about your visits and use of app, as well as other websites in order to serve you with advertisements and content tailored to meet your preferences and likely interests or better understand ad effectiveness.
In addition, your mobile devices may offer settings that enable you to make choices about the collection, use, or transfer of mobile app information for online behavioural advertising (for example, Google's Android Advertising ID). Please note that opting out does not prevent the display of all advertisements within the app.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Transmitting personal information is done at your own risk.
The apps may contain links to other websites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. These apps do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
We reserve the right to update or change the privacy policy at any time and you should check this privacy policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. Relevant changes will also be additionally notified via app updates in the Google Play Store. Your continued use of the app after we post any modifications to the privacy policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to the modified privacy policy.
